Production & Shipping Policy

Each piece in our collection is crafted with care and made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for your dupatta to be handcrafted before dispatch, for luxury item 3 weeks.

Shipping within Pakistan Orders are dispatched via courier (TCS / Leopards / other reliable services). Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Order Updates Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please Note

• All pieces are handcrafted — slight variations in embellishment placement are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
• We do not accept returns on made-to-order items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
